High level of satisfaction among CONCORDIA customers
CONCORDIA regularly has reasons to rejoice as it receives excellent ratings from its satisfied customers.
A total of 4,500 people from Switzerland's four language regions were questioned as part of the survey. They rated their health insurer and the services it offered according to the following criteria:
- Value for money
- Touchpoints and contact
- Quality and service
- Information and transparency
More than 1,400 Bonus users were asked about the quality of the benefits offered, and rated CONCORDIA according to the following criteria: clarity of information, processing of benefits and quality of customer service.
Awards go to those insurers that get the best marks from users in the following evaluation categories: customer-friendliness, employee competence, processing speed, clarity of the insurance documents and the policies and general impression.
In this survey, 12,000 Swiss people voted CONCORDIA the most family-friendly insurance company. This rating reflects the company's flexible offers as well as its first-class care and service for parents and their children.
It achieved the best score of 8.8 – and thus first place among all Swiss health insurers – in terms of reachability. Indeed, insured persons benefit from a dedicated contact person (no call centre) and can reach them without long waiting times, which is essential in case of need.
