High level of satisfaction among CONCORDIA customers

CONCORDIA regularly has reasons to rejoice as it receives excellent ratings from its satisfied customers.

In 2024, together with the market research institute Innofact, Comparis has once again surveyed the Swiss population to assess how satisfied they are with their health insurers. CONCORDIA received a score of 5 and thus the Silver Quality Label.

A total of 4,500 people from Switzerland's four language regions were questioned as part of the survey. They rated their health insurer and the services it offered according to the following criteria:

  • Value for money
  • Touchpoints and contact
  • Quality and service
  • Information and transparency

The online comparison service Bonus also conducted a customer satisfaction survey among its users on the topic of health insurance. There too, CONCORDIA achieved a good score of 5.2.

Bonus Bestnote CONCORDIA bei Kundenzufriedenheit More than 1,400 Bonus users were asked about the quality of the benefits offered, and rated CONCORDIA according to the following criteria: clarity of information, processing of benefits and quality of customer service.

The Swiss comparison platform Krankenversicherung.ch gives out the HELP awards to Swiss health insurance providers in collaboration with HELP.CH your e-guide®. This year, CONCORDIA obtained a very good score.

Help Award Bestnote CONCORDIA bei Kundenzufriedenheit Awards go to those insurers that get the best marks from users in the following evaluation categories: customer-friendliness, employee competence, processing speed, clarity of the insurance documents and the policies and general impression.

The market research company AmPuls carries out an annual representative health insurance tracking survey.

AmPuls 2024 Familienversicherer EN In this survey, 12,000 Swiss people voted CONCORDIA the most family-friendly insurance company. This rating reflects the company's flexible offers as well as its first-class care and service for parents and their children.

In the same AmPuls survey, CONCORDIA excelled not only in the family segment but also in other areas of service quality.

AmPuls 2024 Erreichbarkeit EN It achieved the best score of 8.8 – and thus first place among all Swiss health insurers – in terms of reachability. Indeed, insured persons benefit from a dedicated contact person (no call centre) and can reach them without long waiting times, which is essential in case of need.

CONCORDIA is organised under the umbrella of a non-profit-oriented association. For that reason, the interests of the insured persons always come first for us. We are proud that this is also reflected in the top scores we have achieved in independent customer satisfaction surveys.
