High level of satisfaction among CONCORDIA customers

CONCORDIA regularly has reasons to rejoice as it receives excellent ratings from its satisfied customers.

The Swiss comparison platform Krankenversicherung.ch gives out the HELP awards to Swiss health insurance providers in collaboration with HELP.CH your e-guide^®. This year, CONCORDIA obtained a very good score.

Help Award Bestnote CONCORDIA bei Kundenzufriedenheit Awards go to those insurers that get the best marks from users in the following evaluation categories: customer-friendliness, employee competence, processing speed, clarity of the insurance documents and the policies and general impression.

The online comparison service Bonus also conducted a customer satisfaction survey among its users on the topic of health insurance. There too, CONCORDIA achieved a good score of 5.2.
