Is there an alternative to a scheduled procedure? The second medical opinion – or just second opinion – clears up these questions, and CONCORDIA pays for the consultation.

In every respect, timeliness is the requirement for functional processes, regardless of whether it is a simple mutation of address details or financially relevant changes in your policy.

Pay your premium invoices automatically – securely and always transparently with direct debit through the bank (LSV) or the post office (DD). 

With electronic invoicing (eBill) at CONCORDIA, you can pay your invoices quickly, easily and securely. 

In Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein, the health insurance card must be presented when purchasing medically prescribed medicines in a pharmacy. In certain hospitals and medical practices, the health insurance card serves as proof of insurance.
